The following policies apply to the standard boarding agreement:
 
Boarding policy
 
Standard Boarding 
Stable agrees to provide pasture feed (no hay, no grain), water, and shelter (not an individual stall).  
 
Turn Out
Turn out is no more than 5 horses per pasture on a daily basis.
 

 Additional Services

 

Stall Boarding

Stall in the size of 10' x 10' for additional monthly fee, includes removal of waste.

 

Shoeing and Worming

This expense shall be the obligation of the owner. Upon presentation by stable of the bill for services rendered including service charges, if any, owner shall pay bill within ten (10) days of recieving bill.

 

Grooming and Exercise

Grooming is the sole responsibillity of the owner. Hired groomers and applicable fees will be the responsibility of the owner. Stable must be notified in advance of the groomer's appointment, if using an outside groomer.

 

The owner is responsible for the exercise of the horse(s). Notice needs to be given in the decision of a horse's turn out.

 

Special policies to and of Mustang Manor II

Services provided may be performed by the stable or its employees, officers, agents, and/or family members.

 

Ownership/Coggins Test

Owner must warrant that it owns horse(s), that there are no liens against horse(s), express or implied by law, and will provide prior to time of delivery of horse(s), to stable, proof satisfactory f a negative Coggins test current within the last twelve (12) month period immediately preceding delivery of the horse(s) to stable.

 

Risk of loss

During the time that the horse(s) is/are in custody of the stable, stable shall not be liable for any sickness, disease, theft, death or injury which may be suffered by the horse. this includes, but is not limited to, any personal injury or disability the horse(s) may recieve on the premises.

 

Hold Harmless

Owner agrees to hold stable harmless from any claim resulting from damage or injury caused by

horse(s), owner or its guests and invitees, to anyone, including but not limited to legal fees and/or expenses incurred by stable in defense of such claims.

 

Emergency Care

Should stable feel that medical treatment is needed for horse(s), provided however, that in the event the stable is unable to contact owner within a reasonable time, which time shall be judge by the stable, stable is authorized to secure emergency vetrinary care. Cost is payable by the owner within ten (10) days of the notice.

 

Stable Safety Rules

Please take note upon arrival all stable safety rules. A copy is also part of your contract package.

 

Notice of Required Release and Waiver for Minors

A release is required for all minors on the property. 

 

Applicable State Equine Liability Laws

A copy is available upon request. 

 

Required Vetrinary Care

 Available with contract package, and upon request.

 

Payment policy
Fees paid per month in advance on the 1st day of each month. Partial months boarding shall be pro-rated based on the standard 30 day month.
